The staff was really helpful and excellent - we will come back. The hotel was located near the Beach and Boardwalk and tri rail station and restaurants. We enjoyed the stay, our room was brand-new and large with sofa bed and kitchen. The price was US$ 104. Rewritten: We had a great experience at Extended Stay America Suites in Fort Lauderdale. The staff was so helpful and excellent that we would definitely return. The hotel's location near the beach, boardwalk, Tri-Rail station, and restaurants was really convenient. Our room was spacious, brand-new, and featured a sofa bed and kitchen amenities. Plus, at a price of just US$104, it was a fantastic deal.

There were no crossaints. I did not like anything. The location of the hotel was fine. Wi-Fi was good
There was crease/dirt on the toilet seat from the body of the last guest. The shower and shower were not clean. The spread was torn and the drapes were a mess there were all sort of stains and dirt. The first day you had fruits out that were rotting. This is America how comes you have rotting fruits. The other days no fruits so all we got was tea and sweet muffin. There were also no room service for the time there.

Great spot for cruising! The room with the cozy sofa bed was a hit, and that regular bed was just so comfy 😊.

The reception area was all torn apart, the carpets in the room were stained and smelled like pet urine. We were told after check-in that there was no Continental breakfast just coffee and cold cereal.

Staff member Emanuel was very nice and professional.
The halls reaked of marijuana. Our room smelled awful as if someone took a dump. At the end of our one day stay, upon checking out the manager Jasmine accused my husband of smoking marijuana in order to charge a $250 fee. I had to explain to her that we were mature adults not kids. I also had to go back in and ask for my receipt, I didn't feel comfortable so my husband came back in with me to and the manager tried to insist that he smelled like smoke however I didn't. They even sent a girl up to our room and cleared us. I am sure that if we had not if gone back in they would have falsely charged us. Very bad business. There breakfast was a joke.

The hotel's location near the sunrise restaurant down from the hurricane disaster is convenient for my activities in Fort Lauderdale. Additionally, the spacious room with a full-sized refrigerator and microwave provided a comfortable stay amid the outdated facilities reported in reviews.
The ongoing issue with the dripping showerhead affected our overall experience.

Quiet location. Large room (handicap room), very clean. Lobby construction had us worried but room was good. Like the key card donation box! In room iron and ironing board. Huge bathroom. Close proximity to racetrack. Great diner nearby - Moonlite Diner! Go there!!
We were worried when we came in because of the Stop order on the lobby construction which has apparently been that way for a long time. Credit card machine wouldn't take a card unless it was typed in manually. No in room coffee maker.

Location was good for Public transport being only a few hundred yards from a Tri-rail station. Good selection of restaurants within easy and safe walking distance. Swimming pool recently painted and seemed OK. Staff friendly and pleasant. Area modern, safe and pleasant to stay in.
Cleaning and maintenance poor. Room changed due to following problems, Seats very stained and dirty, tv screen and mirror splashed and dirty, kitchen had food debris on top of fridge, AC unit noisy and blew curtains open letting light flood in from floodlight outside. New room was better but still lacked proper cleaning detail. Bathroom fan did not work and cooking smells came back into bathroom. Public areas had musty smell and the outside door handle was filthy, looking like it had never been cleaned. Lift inspection certificate expired over a year. Stalled renovations because work had been started without proper permits. In summary a potentially good hotel spoiled by poor management.

Hot water in the showers
Staff was rude, no hot breakfast as advertised, building was falling apart around us, not secure, no bedding for pull out bed, not enough towels, and I could go on and on. We travel often and have stayed in many hotels, this one is by far the worst!

The rooms are brand-new and reasonably large in good condition. The property's location is quiet, close to tri rail station, companies, agencies and major banks, and the Fountains. Furthermore, it is 3 miles from the touristic places like Garman Sculpture Works...

The room was really nice
The website said breakfast and we thought we would wake to a hot breakfast but it was a continental breakfast. Other hotels in the same area in the price range offered a hot breakfast. The website is misleading. It is also under renovation.
